Founded by Mr. Zhang Huadong in 1978, Zhanghua Cosmetic Factory (formerly known as Zhejiang Zhanghua Health & Hairdressing Company) is located on the outskirts of Huangyan District, Taizhou City. Nearby stands a towering peak that pierces the clouds, shrouded in mist. Atop its cliffside lies an ethereal pavilion named Tianfeng Pavilion (Heavenly Peak Pavilion). Three over-a-hundred-year-old sisters from the Bao family once practiced cultivation here, making the site renowned far and wide. In 1980, our factory was honored as an authorized distributor by the Taizhou Department Store Procurement and Supply Station during the planned economy era, thanks to our superior product quality. In 1982, Mr. Zhang registered the trademark "Tianfeng" (Heavily Peak), symbolizing "the pinnacle of technology and a century-long legacy of Tianfeng." Adhering to the philosophy of "Quality First, Reputation as Heaven," we implemented the "Zero-Defect in Ten Million Boxes" annual quality assurance system in 1995. As a pioneer in the industry, we obtained ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certifications, followed by EU ISO 22716, U.S. GMPC, ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management), GB/T 29490 (Intellectual Property Management), and GB/T 23001 (Integration of Informatization and Industrialization) certifications
Our "Tianfeng" brand hair dye was awarded the "Zhejiang Famous Brand Product" in 2007.
